Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, submitting information, purchasing a product or ticket when available, or participating in a Tamarack event feature, you agree to these Terms and any event-specific rules communicated at the time of purchase, registration, or entry.
Event Admission
Admission is subject to ticket validity, event capacity, age requirements, venue rules, identification requirements, security screening, and applicable law. Tamarack and the venue may refuse or remove admission for fraud, unsafe conduct, harassment, violence, intoxication, rule violations, or conduct that threatens guests, staff, performers, or property.
Tickets and Event Changes
Event times, performers, DJs, programming, venue details, and other event elements may change. Ticket purchases are also subject to the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
DJ Battle Voting
Voting features are provided for event entertainment and may use technical controls to limit duplicate or abusive voting. Tamarack may invalidate suspicious, automated, fraudulent, or manipulated votes and may make final decisions regarding competition results if a technical or operational issue occurs.
Sponsor and Vendor Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, participation, placement, attendance, sales, revenue, or exclusivity. Separate written agreements, invoices, event rules, insurance requirements, permits, licenses, or venue requirements may apply before participation is confirmed.
Merchandise
Merchandise availability, sizing, colors, quantities, prices, and delivery estimates may change. Additional product-specific terms may be presented at checkout when merchandise sales are active.
Photos, Video, and Event Media
Tamarack events may be photographed or recorded. Where permitted by law, attendance in public or event areas may result in your incidental appearance in event photography, video, livestreams, or promotional content. Any separately requested releases or consents will be handled as required.
Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit fraudulent information, scrape restricted content, manipulate voting or ticket systems, or use Tamarack branding or content without authorization.
Intellectual Property
Tamarack names, branding, graphics, website content, event materials, and original media are owned by or licensed to Tamarack or After Hours Productions LLC unless otherwise stated. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Assumption of Risk
Live events can involve crowds, loud sound, lighting effects, alcohol where legally permitted, movement, weather, transportation, and other ordinary event risks. Guests are responsible for following posted rules, staff directions, and reasonable safety precautions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tamarack and After Hours Productions LLC are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or attendance at an event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
Tamarack may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update means the current version applies to future use.
